Sign up with an email address and password. A new workspace starts empty: no leads, no campaigns, no scheduled sends. You can create additional workspaces later and switch between them from the top of the app.
Go to Sign up and create an account.
Confirm your email using the verification message sent by this deployment.
Name your first workspace — this is the tenant that owns leads, campaigns, and settings.
Inboxifyx does not send from a shared pool. You connect your own mailboxes or SMTP credentials, and every send is attributed to one of them. Credentials are stored encrypted and are only used by the send path.
Open Settings and add your provider or SMTP credentials.
Add one or more sender accounts to the sender pool.
Set a daily ceiling per sender. Rotation respects each ceiling independently.
Send a test message to yourself before pointing a campaign at real prospects.
The domain health panel resolves your records live. It reports each record as pass, missing, or needs attention, and shows the exact hostname it queried so you can paste it into your DNS provider without guessing.
Enter the sending domain and up to five DKIM selectors.
Run the check — SPF, DKIM, and DMARC resolve in real time.
Fix anything reported as missing or invalid, then re-run. Records are queried again on each run, not cached indefinitely.
CSV import maps your columns onto Inboxifyx lead fields and removes duplicates on the way in. Addresses on the do-not-contact list are blocked from entering a campaign at all.
Upload a CSV from Leads and map the columns.
Review the duplicate and suppression report before committing the import.
Maintain your DNC list from Settings — it applies across every campaign in the workspace.
A campaign holds the sequence steps, the audience, and the sending window. Nothing leaves the workspace until you start the campaign; scheduling controls decide when work is eligible to run.
Create a campaign and add your sequence steps.
Preview the rendered email — plain text and HTML are both sanitised before preview and send.
Set the sending window and daily volume, then start the campaign explicitly.
Pause at any time. Pausing stops future work for that campaign.
Inbound replies collect in one shared view for the workspace and are tagged by intent, so the queue can be worked by more than one person without stepping on each other.
A thread starts Unclassified. Anyone can tag it Interested, Meeting Scheduled, Not Interested, or Out of Office — tagging is a manual one-click action, not an automatic classifier.
A detected reply auto-pauses the matching sequence for that lead.
Unsubscribe requests are handled by the do-not-contact list rather than a sentiment tag, so the address cannot be re-imported into a future campaign.
The checkout in this environment is a demonstration. It collects no card details, makes no charge, and grants no server-side entitlement — plan selection is carried as an intent only.
Open a plan from Pricing to see the demo checkout flow end to end.
Plan choice made before signup is carried through authentication as an intent, nothing more.
No invoice, receipt, or payment method is created anywhere in this flow.
